Just about to start. Quick question

Hi. I have been on Mirtazipine for a while and have just come off as it was not working. My doctor has prescribed me epram.

When is the best time of day to take the tablet? I'm starting on 5mg.
I have real issues sleeping at the moment and as I see one of the side effects is insomnia I'm wondering if I would be better to take in the mornings??

Also, how bad are the sexual side effects?

Any info would be much appreciated.

I'm on day 3 now of 5mg. Feeling ok. Feel a bit sick and my sleep is very broken, keep waking up in the night but otherwise ok. Realise it's the start of a long road but least i'm on that road now.
