Sorry I haven't been on that one.I've just had an increase in mine though so I feel a bit like you if that's any help.I would have thought that new symptoms just starting after 3 weeks would be unusual if that's what's happening.x

    Re: Side effects

I found the side effects changed each week, both when starting and when increasing dose.

Sadly I think you just need to grit your teeth for the first four weeks and assume everything is a side effect.

    Re: Side effects

I found the side effects increased if increased the dose. Some settled ( insomnia for example) and others didn't ( loss of sex drive, weight gain) i guess you just have to decide what you can live with. I found i was tired a lot of the time and my motivation was lower, hence i decided to reduce down( which was a challenge in itself) I'm in 10MG for now and the side effects are minimal.

SE's are worse if you jump too quickly with the dose increase but they will subside if you can bear it.

    Re: Side effects

I felt better at the start and then...omg, it all went pear-shaped. But this is totally normal. It gets worse before it gets better - I stuck with it but others didn't and I can understand why.

But yes, I became worse than I was at the start which can feel demoralising - but do dig in and stick with it if you can
