Hello, just started on this site and have suffer worried anxiety and panic attacks the last 9years and I thought I was the only one but have not yet spoke to anybody who has suffers with this as I have myself,anyone for a helping chat would be great
hi, don't worry your not the only one, I think I may be right in thinking its hard for people like ourselves to reach out for what ever reason, making us seem far and few between......
I suffer from social anxiety along with other anxiety and depression issues.
anyway im here for the chat.....I have only registered today as I had finally snapped, cant stand the loneliness anymore.....no friends or social outing is killing me and only making matters worse.............can you relate???
