    OCD or just plain thoughts

    I read a book before Christmas by a lady called Betty Shine , she was a famous medium. In the book she gives you an exercise to write all you're depression down on paper but to never look at it so ever since then I've had constant thoughts of buying a notebook going somewhere quiet and just writing all what goes in my head. My views of life , the world , love , hate etc. Everything ! Is it ocd ?

    Because when you write your thoughts down you have a better chance of letting them go. My therapist told me to write a letter to myself and then throw it away. It gives you closure.

    Genius!! Gonna do that starting from now, the letter to ourselves is also genius so I'll do that today too xxx

    Then do the book with chapters, just start to write and see what happens
    Don't plan it, just let it happen
