SJW - what brand and what dose?

Went to the pharmacist today and they had Health Aid SJW for £6.99 or Valupak SJW for 99p. Does it matter what brand you buy? I went for the Valupak one, conatianing 1mg hypericin per tablet. So I think I should be taking 3 a day? Is that right? Can you overdose on this stuff? Thanks

Hi, I think you can overdose, but it takes a lot to do so.
I took SJW a few years ago and the dose recommended to me by a doctor was a tablet containing 1mg 3 times a day (not 3 at the same time)
Reducing to 2 then one a day as you feel better.
However, in case my memory cells are letting me down you would be best consulting a herbalist if you have one in your area.
