Have anyone tried bioenergy healing ?

Did it work for you? How did you feel after? Did you need to go more often?

I went one month ago , I had 4 sessions each of 15 minutes, I heard the guy is very good at it (I known personally people getting better for all sorts of problems , like getting full of energy and physical problems disappearing), but I still have the symptoms : lightheadedness, dizziness, brain fog, mild headaches, light sensitivity, sometimes nausea, fatigue, I get dizzier when I stand up too quickly (from the chair or bed). :(

Which type of bio energy healing was it?

I don't know. But when he evaluated me he moved his hands in the air over my body. Then for the healing part, I laid on a bed, he put his hands on my abdomen for a few minutes, then he moved again his hand in circles over my whole body, after he snapped his fingers, short after he put his hands on my head for a few minutes, repeated the same movements in the air over my body, snapping fingers, stuff like that.
