Since Christmas I have pretty much lost my appetite. I had a sickness bug the week before Christmas and since then I just haven't got my appetite back fully. I've lost over a stone. I am stressed as I'm worried I have a brain tumour and I have such bad anxiety at the moment. I recently started citalopram and since that I have lost my appetite even more. Has this happened to anyone else?

Starting on tablets can do this to you as they can upset your stomach. The loss of weight is also due to anxiety. I would keep on with tablets for at least three weeks and then, if appetite no better, go and see your GP for advice.
