I am a researcher at the University of East London. My colleagues and I have created an 8 Week Mindfulness Based Well-Being Program. This online program combines aspects of positive psychology with mindfulness. The aim of the study is to enhance well-being by increasing factors such as positive emotions, self-awareness, relations with others, self-compassion etc. Similar studies have been effective in reducing anxiety.
