    Anxiety and allergy meds?

Okay so I've been taking Claritin D for about a month. I've been feeling great anxiety wise and I haven't been tired at all. I stopped taking it for 3 days because I feel like I didn't need it. I felt very tired and anxious as you can see from my thread yesterday. I decided to take it today because my nose was stuffy and I feel good again. Is there an upper in the medication? I know this sounds crazy but can anyone relate?

That's certainly an interesting one RoseEve! I've never seen anyone mention it before, but you never know. I wonder if when your allergies flare up that you feel a bit miserable because of it and that makes you feel anxious? I know when I am feeling low it can be a time when I'm more vulnerable to anxiety, but when I'm in good health my stess levels are lower and I feel better.
