That could be a factor but I pay for my pills so if my doc thinks there may be some mileage in trying it I'm not gonna be fobbed off with that excuse.

I know rachy, over 8 quid now.
Gp wanted to give me a 2 week mirt supply and I said no way I want at least a months supply!
oh my goodness..that's terrible. My mums doctor told her to go privately for her medication and its only £5 a month now... so I might enquire about that. I once had to get an emergency supply of mirt a few months back as the doctors mucked up my repeat prescription and basically told me I'd have to wait until Monday to get any when I ran out on Saturday night...I rang nhs direct and they sorted some out for me to collect from tesco....but it was a full prescription cost of £8 for 3 tablets... lol
If you get a lot of meds regularly the subscription service works out well. I know a family member uses it as they have a few things regularly.
Unbelievable.
I take my 15 mirt at night now and 30mg in the morning. Think that combo is a good idea, at least in theory, as my sleep is still poor but I live in hope....
So you're techniqually on 45mg too? Hmm I never thought of doing that.. but I'm not sure I'd be able to stay awake all day on 30mg in the day... it's obviously not too bad for you because it's not really sedating you..which is a puzzle in itself!!
Yeah, had my 30mg this morning.
Actually think its better for anxiety/depression to do it that way as you get a good shot of it in then system during waking hours.
Yeah that's interesting. Do you find it's working well anxiety/depression wise?
Hard to say, as the anxiety is still affecting my ability to sleep, but I think I'm coping a little better with the insomnia in terms of it not upsetting me so much.
I could still be more chilled from my holiday though.
