ana test came back positive

Hi everyone,

I have a history of ha, but after having several miscarriages I've found out that my antinuclear antibodies test came back positive: 1:320 and speckled. I've been referred to a rrheumatologist as it looks like i have something up with my immune system.

I am getting quite anxious about this as for the last month I've been getting anxiety reflux/gerd again and now i think ive got cancer or a disease like scleroderma or lupus. My reflux has got really painful behind my breastbone and I just put it down to anxiety but now my brain is going over time. I hhaven't been to the docs about the reflux and have been OKwith it until now.

Really really dont want to make myself mentally Ill with anxiety again.

Has anyone had this test? can anyone offer advice?

I have had it a few times and have RA don't worry it can be absolutely nothing or something as trivial as cold/sore throat.
