I would carry on taking the dose that has been ok'd with your doctor if I was you hun. I wouldn't imagine you will have sleep problems constantly on 30mg Ohh glad you've had a good day. I'm not too bad, feeling a bit squiffy now..felt myself feeling a bit anxious this evening but I'm just trying to get on with it xx

Hey rachy...im ok, managing. Still having dizziness etc and depression can come creeping at the door but am trying to remain postive. Considering a dosage uppage to 45 as I feel quite flat and low alot of the time. Thanks for asking.. hows you.?

I feel a wee bit dizzy and more apprehensive.

No, I haven't started the Mirt yet. I just wanted to get a `start' on the Cital first. I'll get my Mirt Prescription tomorrow. Here's hoping Mirt helps me sleep and stops the apprehension.

I've been on a mirt combo with venlafaxine for a few months.
The mirt was added as the ven seemed to have "pooped out" for me.
I'm on 30 mirt at night.
The sleep was,and is,amazing,and its kicked the depression, but its not doing much for my anxiety.
I'm seeing my psych tomorrow to discuss it,and will be loathe to lose the good sleep,but the anxiety's now become too much.
I know plenty of people who've done well on mirt though and we're all different, so I hope it goes well for you.

Took my first Mirt Tablet last night at 9pm.
I slept like the dead.
I am at Work at the moment and I just want to sleep, it really hard to keep my eyes open, I'm so tired. I'll take it at 8pm tonight to see if it makes a difference.

I felt high as a kite the first few days on 15ml,it was only when I went up to 30 it became less sedating.
Hopefully you have the weekend to get more used to it.
When do you have your next increase?

Day 2

The Mirt has really knocked me for six. I woke up this morning at 10am. I've felt sluggish and tired all day. As for the appetite increasing - I've been eating non-stop since I went on it. I am currently on 15mg of Cit and 15mg of Mirt. I am going to try to decrease the Citalopram to 10mg in the next seven days.

Hi mark....I'm on 30mf mirt just upped this week from 15mg...

I first tried mirt last year soley as a sleeping aid....my first one I could of slept for days....since starting last month properly I've felt ok during the day....I think it's just the first few...try stick with it xxx
