Youll probably still be sleepy on the 30,but not as much, with the 15,I only had about 20 mins to get up to bed,or I would have slept where I sat!

I was really worried at Work yesterday - as I was unbelievably sleepy after having taken my first Mirt the night previous. I just couldn't concentrate at all.
I don't know how you did it!!
I was thinking yesterday when you posted, saying how you were struggling, I think you deserve a medal :yes!
I'm wondering if I will have the same as I scale down with it.
At least I know what to expect!

Tired this morning, but not as much as the previous two days.
I've taken 10mg Citalopram for the last two nights also.
Will take 15mg tonight and tomorrow.
Slept for 3 hours this afternoon, and I think I could have slept for another 3.
I've taken 15mg of Citalopram tonight and 15mg of Mirtazapine.
It's now 10pm and I feel really sleepy.
I'm at Work and my heads totally fuzzy, feel a bit dizzy and tired.
Ok so that's a week on Mirt.
Today: I was fuzzy, dizzy all day. I was getting `Frights' a few times.
I feel more self-concious. I am much more aware of things around me.
I am more worried.
I am more aware of `the now'
I went and cleaned the whole house for 3 hours. Lots of energy.
I have been more...easily rilled?
I'm starting to remember what I was like before I started taking Citalopram.
My `Isolation Bubble' which Citalopram created to protect me from the stupidity and annoyances of the real World are coming back with a bang.
(been on 15mg of Cit past three nights)
Oh well...
