ZOMBIES!!!!!!

Is this normal for me to worry about when the zombies are coming??? Even when i go shopping for food i stock up so nothing gets low just in case we will have to be on lock down, i also can extra cans of formula at my family's house just in case. I am a huge fan of Walking Dead so its all in my head that we will be like that some day, i also worry about how i will get my Celexa and what will happen to my health and my children and family!!

Am i crazy for thinking like this??
Or did i watch way to many ZOMBIE MOVIES????

Ok its not funny but you made me smile Eve. In relation to a thread I've just posted, I've lately been reminded of just how anxious I was when I was in my 20s...I'm 60 now....and how upset I would get about things like the world ending etc, when my kids were small, that was real fear I had then amongst lots of other fears, because at that age you see all those years stretching ahead way into thedistance and you think you can't possibly get through all those years without something happening, but as you get older your fears about the big stuff changes. You will survive and your kids will grow up and you will live your life...and no zombies will come and get you! Take care.

Is this a new thing Eve? You've been struggling with all sorts of things and side effects from your new meds so is this just a case of your anxiety finding something else to annoy you with?
