Welcome Krystal. I too switched to the e-cigs due to health concerns. Feeling like you can't swallow or that your throat is tight is a common symptom (and scary) of anxiety. The irony is, the more you worry about it, the worse it gets. Do get another checkup but if it helps you any, I get this alot and I'm still here

    Thank you all so much!!!
Derekg - it's the scariest thing in the world while youre going through it, Ii think i may have an allergy or something, maybe to the e-cigs or too much coffee. Who knows??? it's driving me mad... It seems worse when i am outdoors but i wonder if its because i feel vulnerable outdoors where i am not in the comfort of my own home!!!
