    Sitting on the floor?

I know how absurd this sounds but... when I'm feeling very, very panicky, I often find myself sitting on the floor. I think it gives me a degree of comfort but I'm very aware of it now and any sense of comfort is gone. I know I do it when I'm panicky, which now, ironically, makes me worse when I do. I'm a very logical person when not suffering panic. I was just curious if anyone else feels the compulsion to sit on the floor in the midst of a bout of bad anxiety lol?
