Pms. Anziety. Ssri?

I have horrific pms starting when I ovulate until a few days after my period. I feel anxious depressed, can't eat, convince myself I'm dying etc I feel like there's a big black cloud over me. I had a baby and this is my 4th period since having him, it's really hard every month I'm a mess for 2 wks, I kinda feel like im not really here.. Like im in a hazy dream?!? my dr today suggested..

Evening primrose tabs
Ssri for 2 wks of everymonth
The pill or coil

I don't really want the pill or ssri, but I can't go on like this..

Ive just posted this on someone else thread too but its the reason i came on today to find like minded people.
There is something called PMDD. Its a severe PMS.
It is more categorised as a 3 - 4 days before period problem.
Sufferers can have feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, depression and suicidal idealation.
I trying to find ways of dealing with it right now. There is lots of info online about it and it is a recognised but rare condition.
