    Thumbs up How your brain can turn anxiety into calmness

    I found this on YouTube. This doctor, Dr Martin Rossman, is addressing a university class and discussing how to use the power of the healing mind to reduce stress and anxiety. Some parts I already knew but I found it extremely informative and easy to listen to. At the end there is an exercise in using imagery. The title to search for is the title I have given the post, and Dr Rossman is the lecturer. I hope others mind it helpful.
