I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on this front.

I've started to re-asses my past and noticing that i have been a depressant person for years now and i'm starting to wonder if that could have affected my sporting life. I always remember being full of confidence and being able to perform at the top level.

I was wondering if depression and anxiety could have a detrimental affect on my performance,technical ability and over all attitude towards things.


Any ideas or information would be useful.
