Hi all,

Just had long morning at my desk. Very sweaty this morning and the legs doing grand national at times
Had a multi vitamin this morning and wondering if the b vits in it may be causing extta anx. I suppose iys juat yhe Citalopram starting to bed in. Anyway off to circuit training at lunch time yipee at least I gwt away from desk and break from my head.

Circuits was good Marty, just the rest of the afternoon counting minutes at my desk, with my head telling me I'm lazy, apathetic and on a different planet frpm the rest of my colleagues
Getting impatient and wanting to up dose. I do have to remember that at lrast I have a bit if interest in gojng to the gym. Unfortunately those endorphins dont carry me ghe rest of the day.
