Hello Forum and Thank You

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading and "using" this forum for the past few weeks. I have read over several other forums, but this one has been the most informative for me, so thank you very much for that.

I have been suffering with IBS since I was a young child. I am in my mid 40s now and have developed Agoraphobia and GAD with some panic in the last several months.

I have had almost all of my questions answered from reading the post, but I do have a few more that I am looking for answers to.
