is this depression or prozac?

lately ive been really bone idle and cannot be bothered to do anything!

i could sit for hours staring at the walls. then now and again i had a good day and feel very happy.

is this my depression creeping back or prozac side affects - or normal??

Being still is a good thing. Sort of like meditating. Lots of wisdom can come into your mind during these periods of being quiet and still. Nothing wrong with that.
It shows you're feeling safe enough to just relax and let go.

I'm actually happy for you. A lot of inner healing takes place when we're still and just stare at the walls in a peaceful way! Embrace and enjoy it!
You deserve to feel calm and at ease. xx

ive been on them about 10 months.

i hear what your saying april, it just can't be healthy when i cant snap out of it? when there is tons to do and i cant be bothered?
