Sciatica/shingles

Hi, before posting I checked out "pins & needles" & used the search field for shingles & was surprised to find nothing in the latter.
My Problem: 4 weeks ago i delevoped sciatica in left leg, mostly below the knee ,went to Doc. cos thought I had phlebitis or similar. Got painkillers & anti inflammatory gel. One week later pain intensified returned to Doc.He then diagnosed
shingles. got different medication, very good, shingles now gone.
BUT!! I am left with pain in lower left leg & high pressure pins & needles in Big toe & next, also under foot. This pain doesnt go away & intensifies at nite causing loss of sleep. Can anybody make suggestions pref. regard natural remedies.

deep heat treatments that you can get from the chemists might be good?

You probably didn't find any hits on shingles as it is not a common symptom of panic/anxiety.

Have you asked the chemist to recommend something - they are very good at there here in the UK
