Tingling in left leg

I've had a tingling sensation on my left leg on the outside below the knee.
It went away for a couple of weeks and now it's back.
Pretty sure it's anxiety but still unnerving...anyone had this.
Also I have many other physical symptoms, does medication for anxiety help physical symptoms...either reduce or eliminate?

Yes I get tingling in my left leg/foot from time to time, I agree its not pleasant, it's nothing to get worked up over though. Stay safe.

I am having this at the moment, but it's on the back of my arm in a very specific place. It feels a bit like someone is lightly sticking a pencil or pen into me and just a bit tingly Doesn't hurt at all but is just there a lot and it really scares me. I am hoping it's just anxiety.

The good news is, I had an eye twitch for about three months, but that eventually went - so I'm hoping this will too. I was terrified about the eye twitch and magnesium really seemed to help. Perhaps try that?
