Weakness in right arm

I am 69 i had a stroke 62 years ago 1953 when i was seven which left me paralysed down the left side and now my good arm is paying the price of having to do all the work for that time and is also growing weak in the upper arm muscle.
I recently in the last year i took up the sport of target shooting in our local league but my worry is how much longer will i be able to do this sport. Does anyone have any idea how i might strengthen my right upper arm muscle?

Gosh derek you were very young for that to happen ,it must of been very hard for you ,have you been to see your gp ask him to referr you for some pyhsio xx it will strengthen your arm xx
