does having a virus alter how escitalopram works

Hi long time no hear. How is everyone? I have a nast virus which has caused so much sinus pain and I just feel like my meds isnt working. Still on max dose of Escitalopram. I had my first panic attack on months on Friday and just feel very shakey and anxious at the mo. I am sure it is because I have this terrible virus but just wanted to ask everyone how being ill effects their meds. Plus I really wanted to say hello. Hugs Karen xxx

I think the virus makes you run down and more susceptable to panic attacks...wait till the virus subsides and you should find the panic and anx does too xx
