Genital herpes concern

Hello, let me explain my scenario:

I went to the urologist today to get my testicle pain examined. I had to go through a bunch of motions, then eventually got to the patients room.

That's when I had to touch my testicle with my bare hands after using the doctors bathroom and other facilities. The doctor, of course with gloves, then examined my testicles. I am pretty sure my shaft touched bare skin of the doctor as well.

Well my concern is this: could I contract herpes from any of this contact? It's really worrying me
