Hi guys, new to this one and a bit freaked out...
The past 3 days every once in awhile I get a flutter in my throat and I feel the need to catch my breathe for a second. I'm kind of debating going to the ER as I'm scared my heart is going to stop...

it sounds like a palpatation ... if you look down the left hand column in the forum you will see different sections look up palpatations, dont however google it as google is a big NO NO lol xx
I get palpatations all the time they are nothing to worry about and they dont indicate a heart attack or a problem with the heart xx
