Advice on tapering from 45mg

Hey, I've decided to do it in 7.5mg drops. I'm down to 22.5mg currently, plan to stay at this for about a week, then drop to 15mg then 7.5mg then nothing. I've not had any withdrawal so far. Anxiety was a bit higher today but that's just anxiety about the taper.

I am ok, not ok, ok, not ok, not sleeping very well at all and real tired but kind of wired. But I don't think it could be because of reduction in Mirt? Not sure?

Am staying on 30mg until next week when I see the psyche.
