Thread: very nauseous

    Question very nauseous

    so i went to work today feeling fine soon as i got there i felt abit horrible bloated abit and nauseous then had to go home since got home was allmost sick but havent been sick got to the point were i was so nauseous i had a massive panic attack but managed to calm down still at this minute i feel really nauseous but dont know why and its panicking me i dont feel sick or anything just really nauseous ADVISE HELP ????

    I find peppermint tea is great for nausea so I would suggest drinking that if you have it. If you don't maybe someone would be kind enough to go to a 24 hour Tesco to get you some? If not, I also find drinking a lot of water helps me when I'm feeling nauseous. Ginger is also supposed to be brilliant for nausea so maybe you could make yourself some ginger tea if you have some ginger at home. I think you just stir a bit of ginger into boiling water but I'm not 100% sure, if you look it up on Google or Youtube you'll find out how.

    Oh, I'm sorry about that. Just drink lots of water then and if your still feeling nauseous tomorrow you could always try some tea
