    Cramps and bloating GAD

    Since suffering from GAD I seem to keep get bad stomach cramps and bloating is this related to the anxiety and does anyone else suffer from these symptoms, if so anything I can do to help it?

    It can be from a lot of things ... something you ate, that time of the month, etc. If it passes, I'm sure it's not something serious.
