    PANIC ATTACKS

    HOW DO I STOP THEM FROM HAPPENING OR CAN THEY BE CURED? I HAVE HAD THEM FOR 6 YEARS AND THE ARE GETTING ME DOWN I HAVE HAD 7 ECG AND AN EEG ,CHEST X-RAY ALL FINE

    Sorry to hear you are a fellow sufferer. I am afraid there is no miracle cure and everybody finds their own way of coping and controlling the panic attacks. What works for someone will not work for everybody. Some people get better on medication and others (like myself) are trying alternative therapies such as Hypnotherapy, Reiki, CBT and counselling.

    The most important thing is to learn to contol your breathing as this will ease the panicky feelings.

    May I suggest you take a bit of time to read some of the postings on this Forum and all the information on the website. You may find some answers from that.
