Feeling hot and hot flashes

Does anyone else just feel hot or get hot flashes bc of anxiety? I did just have a major panic attack last week and I'm wondering if it's related.

Yep when I have a panic attack I get very hot. This weather don't help either it is too hot I hate summer I get panicky in hot weather

It's one of my major things at the moment, I suffer really badly from the heat can't handle it at all. It's horrible because if you're anything like me you get anxious because you feel warm which then makes you warmer and it's vicious circle.
