I must say, I have nearly all the symptoms you have mentioned and my panic attacks seem to be hormonally triggered around a particular time of the month.

Everyone talks about CBT, I haven't been brave enough to try it yet, but can feel the agrophobia starting to come on in recent weeks so might have to give it a go before it all gets too much.

Thanks again for sharing your experiences, they've really helped.
