Sleeping Problems and Unable to Breathe

I am having problems with waking up and able to breathe. On June 27, I woke up but found I could not breathe. Saliva was filled in my mouth already and my head tipped a little to the side, my eyes went up to show almost only the white, and my body shook a little and saliva drooled out from the right side of my mouth. I tried to breathe by wheezing and gasping but no air came in. After 10 seconds, I was able to breathe again with no saliva in my mouth. I and my parents are worried about this because I have had this two times before, twice in January. What could this be and how could it be cured? Maybe paralysis of fear? PLEASE HELP!

We aren't doctors on here so you would have to go to your doctors if you and your parents are worried.
