Hi everyone, I'm Midori.

I found this forum after a friend recommended it helped her with her episodes of panic attacks. I have some health anxiety, general anxiety and almost constant heart awareness. I've had these problems only since the past year when I had a close family member die, it feels like that negative event has made me go into a hyper aware state.

I hope to find some inner peace by speaking to people in this community and talking about some of my individual problems that hold me back as well as help others if I can. I'm hoping to put anxiety behind me.
