I ACTUALLY DID IT !!!!!!!!!!!

wOW- CANT BELIEVE IT - DID TWO, YES, TWO, CHRISTMAS PARTIES WITH HUBBY AND MY COMPANIES THIS WEEK. FELT A BIT ICKY HAVING TO SIT DOWN TO A 3 COURSE MEAL IN AHOT RESTAURANT BUT I JUST DROPPED MY SHOULDERS, HELD MY HEAD HGH AND THOUGH TO MYSELF " SO WHAT IF I CANT EAT ALL THE FOOD IN FRONT OF ME, SO WHAT IF PEOPLE DONT LIKE ME - WHO CARES ?" i then just ate tiny weeny mouthfuls slowly and talked loads to focus my attention on others which works coz others love to talk about themselves!!!

Feeling so happy about it but just hung over and very tired this morning!!
