Keeping a diary was one of the tools that has helped me overcome anxiety.
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy.
It's more of a diary with info not feelings, that I can look at when I'm down, with tips and lists of how I can feel better. I guess nobody has any ideas
