Hi, Week 9 approaching and today the 21st of May feel dreadful! Internal rattling, jitters, tremors.. omg whats going on?? keep strong i say to myself,, but its a horrible feeling. i was feeling really hopefull cos i thought i was turning the corner! Docs tomoz for blood pressure like i said.. lets hope this wears off.. Thanks for listening. x

Blood pressure was fine,, doc says it all side affects of tabs. Im now in week 9, week 10 Saturday and today the 26th feel iffy again.. boo. Had some good moments and then bang some bad! today jittery and tension headache.. distraction, so im off gardening. x

hang in there, polly. those good moments should start coming more frequently and lasting longer. gardening is one of those things that helps me as well. blessings!

Awww ty i hope so.. Are you familiar with any facial twitching. I get it around the side of my mouth, in the corner. It doesnt last long but it is visible and i become really hot and feel like im going to pass out.. It gets to like a high point and then it just goes but leaves me feeling on edge.. p.s its only happened. three times but in the last 2week. Ive never had it before. Thanks

Week 10 and not feeling at all good! A really bad cold and feel like im back at square one! Boo.. Any suggestions would be helpful.. oh and i dont know why i thought i was on 40mg but i on 20mg..Thanks in advance

I just recently joined NMP and I have looked at your timeline over and over! Thank you so much for posting it. I do not know if I'm in week 3 or 4, as I took 15 doses, then had to stop for 6 days, then restart. Today was my 22nd dose. I've been suffering a lot of depression and anxiety, but I'm holding on to the whole "it may get worse before it gets better" theory. I'm presently on 10mg for GAD, depression, and intrusive thoughts. I'm so ready for relief!

Hi Giraffe11, Thanks for the post. i have come off the fluox was just not helping but making me worse.. i am now on 20mg of propranolol.. 10mg twice aday.. so far so good.. Two weeks off the fluox so a few withdrawl symptoms but bearable. Hows you doing?? x
