wellbutrin? Please help question.

My mother who is 71 years old and a heavy smoker was prescribed wellbutrin. A one pill a day setup. She isnt using the pills, and I was thinking of trying them. I figure since its a one pill a day medication for smoking cessation i could kill two birds in one stone. I figure it might help my anxiety and help me to quit smoking. Does anyone know or has tried wellbutrin? Any bad side effects people notice? Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You should maybe check with the doctor that they won't interfere with any other meds you are on first.
