    Bad anxiety, scared of Bradycardia

So most of the time im on here because im worried about my heart rate being too high but now im scared its too low. My normal resting heart rate is about 65 and today, even after my shift at work (manual labor), its in the low to mid 50s! should I make an appointment or be worried about this? This is unusual for me because normally throughout the day its in the 70s

Bradycardia... I never heard of this one... first thought it was a heart issue caused by watching re-runs of the Brady Bunch!

Maybe you're off on your calculations/counting? If you're very fit, that could be normal and not a concern. At any rate, if you're concerned, call your doctor.
