I find that a bit of conversation helps a lot, it's surprisingly hard to think, talk, be anxious and try to figure out what that sensation in your arm is all at once!

They just numb your arm don't do ga. Don't know why I am more panicky about it maybe it's because I watched it on YouTube. Looked horrible and made me freak out I hope the cipralax 10mg the doc has prescribed works soon

Yeah... Don't watch YouTube....
I measured my scar it's 5mm exactly, and it was basically 3mm long anyway from that massive fricking needle they use on the insertion. If you panic, your doctor will stop I'm sure. I found that paralysed with fear worked well for me and meant I stayed nice and still good luck!

Thanks mind knot don't know if I have the courage to make the app took me ages to get my coil out I cancelled about 5 times maybe more but that didn't hurt

I had mine removed a year or so ago and I was so nervous but it really was nothing to worry about!

My arm was totally numb and all I could feel was a slight sensation of pulling but no pain or anything. I chose not to have it replaced and went on to the mini pill instead.

It didn't take long for it to heal, and I can barely see the scar now
