Last week in the middle of a (fairly difficult) trip to Paris I had the worst panic attack I've ever had.

A week later, I still feel very woozy, almost as if my eyes can't quite focus on anything around me and that I'm dreaming. I've also had a bad recurring tension headache and mild dizziness.

Does this sound like anxiety? I am trying to do daily short walks and I have started taking Floradix tablets in case any of my vitamins are lacking, but it's only been a couple of days.
