Steph
That was interesting - thank you!!
I know that nuts are very nutritious and I've been adding crushed almonds (one of the top nuts) to smoothies for ages now.
I hadn't thought about peanut butter as being so good so I gonna have some on toast for my brekkie in a mo.
I was disappointed to see bannanas and honey on the high GI list cos I love those.
All in all this has given me a gentle reminder about nuts and I think I may start keeping a little store in my bag rather than a nana

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.
Thank you Steph, A very interesting article.

What's so funny about peace, love and understanding?
Peanuts contain yeast (incase your on the candida diet), My son has a life threatening allergy to all Nuts and carrys epi pen injections incase he accidently eats one. We cant have any nuts in our house :(
The other day I ate some Chocolate and had the jitters, Its the caffien that dont help.
The anti yeast diet I am on has been great.
