    having panic attack help

    Throat feels tight hands feel sweaty I'm scared :(((

    Katy you will be okay remember it will pass and it wont hurt you ,try and calm down slow your breathing down and keep telling yourself you will get threw it ,xx

    Sending hugs, slow your breathing down, I know it is scary but your feelings will pass.

    Thanks guys It was horrible just woke up in middle night had 1 felt like my throat was closing up & chest was tight I was thinking omg wat if this real and not panic attack :((( xx
