Your mum loves you like no other can. She will accept your problems and help you through this I'm sure.
Hi Aya, I just posted on your thread from last week. Well done you for doing that, I know you're scared of worrying and hurting your mum, but she can't help you if she doesn't know, and unfortunately sometimes worry comes out as anger. Get the kettle on, reassure her you love her, you just need her help, good luck, big hug and thinking of you xxxxxx

You can do deep breathing exercise, this will help you relax your muscle and decrease tension through your body. Breathe In and Breathe out.. Do it for 5-20 times and you will be relaxed. That is what I am doing if I feel agitated and if I have anxiety attacks.
