Hi,
I have starting worrying over the past week or so about sleeping. Or more accurately, not sleeping. I had a terrible nights sleep about this time last week and have trouble since. I am worried about not sleeping properly and what it might be doing to my health. So now that I've put pressure on myself, I'm finding it hard to get to sleep.
Can anyone help with this? It's upsetting me because bedtime is usually a relaxing thing. If I'm having a really anxious day I could always think well, you can get to bed and chill and tomorrow is another day. Now even the thought of bed is provoking anxiety :(
