Hi just wanting to speak to other sufferers of anxiety I suffered last year and was medicated but then was taken off again and the panic attacks have come back so much worse I'm currently of work and struggling to see a light at end of tunnel. I find it hard to open up to those closest to me can anybody help x

How come you came off the medication ?

You and your doc have any plans to go back on meds of some kind ?

I've had problems with anxiety too,but fortunately, am a lot better now,thanks to meds,and the passing of time.
