Ibs or something else

I have had IBS in the past , had a colonoscopy about 5 years ago which was clear.
Symptoms been ok for 5 years but now really bad.
Now have really bad cramps after eating and some diahorrea.also pain in left side.
Not sure if this is IBS or something else, I am 51 now!

There are many related things. Food allergies etc. Have it checked out. Not likely cancer, that has just the bloody stool problem that is a clue.

Really bad wind and pain in right side all day.
Have booked GP appointment but not until the 20th.
Trying to think this might be IBS, has anyone got IBS with right sided pain.

Hi, I noticed you first had left sided pain and them right-my pain moves about quite a bit also. Not sure what my problem is but I'm with ya!
