Does anyone on here know of any decent CBT sites? Saw a a doctor at primary care last night regarding panic & anxiety attacks. He suggested that I should find one online but personally couldn't recommend one as he hasn't looked over the subject matter for a long time. Has anyone used any they could strongly recommend? Thanks.
